About The Position

Entry Level Production Associate Close the Loop | 1st Shift | 4-Day Work Week Pay & Schedule $15.00 an hour to Start - Increase to $16.00 an hour after 90 days Overtime available Monday - Thursday (5AM - 3:30PM) 4-day work week (3-day weekends!) Friendly, team-oriented environment with growth opportunities What You'll Do Sort and separate recyclable materials (plastics, cartridges, etc.) Assist with tracking and basic data entry of incoming materials Move materials using hand trucks, conveyors, and equipment Support other departments as needed Keep your work area clean and safe Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE

Requirements

• Reliable and ready to work
• Willing to learn and be part of a team
• Comfortable working in a hands-on environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Sort and separate recyclable materials (plastics, cartridges, etc.)
• Assist with tracking and basic data entry of incoming materials
• Move materials using hand trucks, conveyors, and equipment
• Support other departments as needed
