US Farathane - Production Associate - 2nd Shift $15.00/hr. Starting Rate! $.50 Shift Premium Paid Weekly! What we are looking for! Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform all responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities Operate molding press/equipment while following company procedures Review the “Operator Display Board” prior to running production for work instructions and Quality Alerts Assure product meets established quality criteria of zero non-conformances Correctly record scrap every hour when instructed Correct application of all internal and external labels when required Remove old labels from all returnable packaging Correct application of lot control numbers Daily review of all applicable quality alerts Notify the Supervisor of all discrepancies to established quality checks Report production and quality issues/concerns with associates during communication meetings Keep the work area clean and organized Participate in team problem-solving activities Responsible for following all internal and OSHA-required safety procedures Report to work on time Report to the work area on time Follow all other shop rules, procedures, and policies Any and or all duties may be updated or changed at any time by management Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Plastic Injection Molding background is helpful. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors and other employees of the organization. Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Physical Requirements: Frequent standing or walking for long periods of time Frequent lifting or lowering objects up to 35lbs Frequent reaching above/below the shoulder and forward Occasional bending, stooping, and crouching Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts The employee must not wear any loose-fitting clothing that may get in the way of the moving machinery The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat and vibration The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate Employees may be required to work outside for short periods of time Who is US Farathane?
