Position type: Hourly Mi-Tech Tungsten Metals is hiring a 2nd shift Production Associate. This position requires the ability to learn to set up and run multiple production machines. Previous experience running hydraulic presses, band saws, and furnaces for sintering will be a helpful in this position.

Requirements

• 1 year previous manufacturing experience running machines
• Able to stand, stoop, reach with both arms, and bend for 10 hours
• Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs

Nice To Haves

• 1-3 years experience sintering, heat treating, operating hydraulic presses and band saws (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Tumbling, straightening and cutting of parts according to work order
• Set up hydraulic presses
• Operate horizontal and vertical band saws, belt grinders
• Prepare pressed parts for furnace operations per work order
• Check and adjust furnaces to ensure settings are compliant with instructions
