What you will do: As a Production Associate, you’ll be a key part of bringing our products to life. This hands-on role involves working with materials, tools, and equipment to build and assemble high-quality custom cabinetry and doors, all while meeting detailed specifications and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Ability to learn and retain on the job training.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to read measurement tools such as a tape measure.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
  • Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions in English.
  • Ability to meet quality standards - strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to consistently meet/exceed production quotas.

Responsibilities

  • Follow established manufacturing procedures under assigned department which may include but not limited to: sanding, assembly, loading and unloading.
  • Ensure work orders are completed successfully, on-time, and meet customer specifications.
  • Identify defects and next steps when found.
  • Operate various hand and power tools.
  • Follow all safety rules and contribute to a safe work environment.
  • Participate and contribute to a “Team” environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
