About The Position

Home Run Inn is looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our 2nd Shift Food Production Team! This is to work at our Frozen Pizza Production Factory. Job Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process by performing various tasks, including operating machinery, assembling products, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met. Shift Details: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm. Must be flexible to work weekends as needed. $18/hr.- Direct Hire Job. .50 cent shift different for working 2nd shift as well. This is to work in a Fast Paced, Food Production Plant. Must be comfortable working in cold environment. We make frozen pizzas! Requirements

  • Comfortable working in a Fast Paced, Cold Production Environment.
  • Previous experience in food processing, manufacturing, or a similar environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and production tracking
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50lbs. for extended periods.
  • Food Allergen at the Plant: Wheat and Dairy

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in food processing, manufacturing, or a similar environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain food processing equipment according to established procedures.
  • Assist with assembly, packaging, and labeling of products to meet production goals.
  • Follow recipes, measurements, and product specifications to ensure consistency.
  • Follow proper training procedures when handling raw ingredients to ensure products meet designed specifications.
  • Ensure that there is sufficient amount of material (boxes, totes, bags, raw materials, etc.) to perform tasks.
  • Ensure that all equipment is operating correctly at respective position. Immediately report any equipment malfunction to Production Leader.
  • Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Report any product inconsistencies or defects to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety regulations.
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and tools before, during, and after shifts.
  • Use any down time to assist with cleaning the department or production line and area or other duties as assigned
  • Work cooperatively with team members to meet production deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues
