About The Position

Production Associates help in the manufacturing and production process. This role varies based on the needs of the company and often includes operating machinery, assembling products, monitoring production lines, and conducting quality checks. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, problem-solving skills, and adherence to safety protocols. Successful candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist Will require standing, walking and working on concrete surfaces for duration of shift Pouring and Demolding of product Quality Control and packaging of finished products Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment Safety Safe work performance is required from each Associate at all times Perform all duties and responsibilities safely in accordance with applicable Health and Safety Manuals Required to wear or use personal protective equipment as applicable and to immediately report unsafe working conditions Comply with all legislative requirements as outlined by Occupational Health and Safety Act and regulations To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
