About The Position
The Production associate is responsible for receiving, processing and distributing merchandise to and from store locations and vendors. They contribute to a team productivity and are cross trained to perform multiple productivity tasks. un waives and pick warehouse Vendor receipts Identify merchandise Process PO’s as directed Process customer returns and defective merchandise Send defective merchandise back to the vendors Receive repaired merchandise from vendor in CICS and WM Send merchandise to shop to be repaired and receive merchandise back from shop Store to store transfers and buyer initiated transfers Price change sessions Print PO’s Present new merchandise to be photographed Re-ticket merchandise as needed
