The Production Associate position performs all tasks involved in the production of the company’s products, following standard work methods and safe work habits. This role involves repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass-produce windows.

Requirements

Must be able to read and understand English.
Must have reliable transportation.
Authorized to work in the United States of America.

Nice To Haves

Previous production experience.
High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

Assembles the materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished product from raw materials.
Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.
Track production on schedule boards.
Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
Place finished goods on the designated area.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Must be able to maintain Production schedule to meet customer orders on a daily basis.
Rotate to different workstations as production needs require.
Read a tape measure accurately and consistently.
Knowledge of basic math.
Read and comprehend floor reports.
Ability to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time.
Dependable - Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals.
Accomplishes quality performance in all responsibilities being performed in a manner, which meets or exceeds all line, department, facility, and company process for a total quality program of continuous process improvement and customer relation.
