Essential Functions: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Production Associate to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced cut and sew manufacturing environment. This role involves a variety of hands-on production tasks across the line, including but not limited to bar tacking, tagging, and bagging finished products. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to adapt to different stations as needed, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process. Prior experience in a manufacturing or textile setting is a plus but not required—we’re willing to train the right individual with a strong work ethic and a team-first attitude. Hearing and vision required to be within normal ranges with or without correction. Using proper lifting technique may be required to lift objects up to 30 lbs.
