About The Position

Tarkett has a great opportunity for a Production Associate (Chagrin Falls, OH) Day Shift (5:45am - 6:00pm) or Night Shift (5:45pm - 6:00am) 4 days on, 4 days off with ability to work overtime $23.01/hr starting pay + overtime and doubletime and $1.00 night shift premium $2,000 Sign-On Bonus $100-300 Monthly perfect attendance bonus potential Position Responsibilities: Performs work as a team with other Take Off associates, Mill Operators, and Extrusion Operators Assures finished product quality by visual alertness to surface defects, measuring dimensions and color check or saving samples for color checking. Records production counts, scrap, downtown, etc. on forms and computer as required Train new employees Experience & Education Desired: Has the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions Has the ability to read, write and perform basic math. Requirements
