About The Position

The Baytown Production Associate is responsible for providing consistent, excellent production support for Spanish Services and Youth Nights at the Baytown campus, while also assisting with Young Adults gatherings and other events as needed. This role helps ensure technical excellence, smooth execution, and continuity across services and midweek environments, reducing strain on full-time staff and strengthening overall campus production reliability. This position focuses on hands-on production execution, preparation, and support, working closely with the Technical Director and the production team to maintain standards, troubleshoot issues, and help carry the growing volume of services and events at Baytown Campus.

Requirements

Working knowledge of computers and basic computer programs, such as Planning Center, Monday.com, Google Suite, Expensify, Bamboo HR, Mailchimp, and Clearstream
Know and understand the culture and strategy of FFC.

General Production Support
Assist Spanish Production Associate for Spanish services at the Baytown campus.
Serve as Service Coordinator, Switcher, or Audio A1 as required.
Ensure slides, lyrics, media, and service elements are accurate and ready prior to service start.
Support Dreamteamers and help maintain consistency in production quality week to week.
Serve as Youth Production lead on all Youth Nights.
Lead and support production needs for Youth Nights, including setup, operation, and scheduling.
Assist with audio, lighting, media playback, and overall technical flow.
Help create a high-energy, distraction-free environment appropriate for youth services.
Work alongside youth leadership to adapt production needs for special nights or events.
Assist with production needs for Young Adults gatherings as scheduled.
Help with setup, operation, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth services.
Provide coverage or additional support during higher-attendance nights or special gatherings.
Provide production support for special events, conferences, rehearsals, and campus initiatives as needed.
Assist with weekend services or other ministries when additional coverage is required.
Help relieve workload during events such as Christmas, Easter, conferences, and other special events.
Assist with equipment setup, strike, maintenance and storage.
Identify and communicate technical issues or needs to the production leadership.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and service-ready production environment.
Support and work alongside Dream Teamers, helping reinforce best practices and consistency.
