About The Position
The Production associate is responsible for receiving, processing and distributing merchandise to and from store locations and vendors. They contribute to a team productivity and are cross trained to perform multiple productivity tasks. We set trends through our merchandise and, more importantly, through the way we work. Responsibilities
- Receiving, processing and distributing merchandise to and from store locations and vendors
- Contribute to team productivity
- Cross trained to perform multiple productivity tasks
- Un waives and pick warehouse
- Vendor receipts
- Identify merchandise
- Process PO’s as directed
- Process customer returns and defective merchandise
- Send defective merchandise back to the vendors
- Receive repaired merchandise from vendor in CICS and WM
- Send merchandise to shop to be repaired and receive merchandise back from shop
- Store to store transfers and buyer initiated transfers
- Price change sessions
- Print PO’s
- Present new merchandise to be photographed
- Re-ticket merchandise as needed
