About The Position

As a Production Associate at Sartorius, you play a key role in ensuring that products are manufactured in the required quantity, quality, and within defined timelines. Guided by the shift leader or team leader, this role supports safe, efficient, and compliant production processes across a clean and well‑organized environment. This is an onsite position in our Ashland, MA location.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Confident handling of reading calculations and simple numerical operations
  • Familiarity with materials, products, equipment, and associated production processes
  • Solid understanding of quality, safety, security, and environmental standards and procedures
  • Clear transmission of relevant information within the defined work scope
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities when conveying instructions

Responsibilities

  • Achievement of assigned production rates based on the direction of the shift leader or team leader
  • Execution and monitoring of production operations with the required quality level while adhering to safety, security, and environmental requirements
  • Application of all safety rules and procedures related to equipment and personnel
  • Accurate, timely, and structured reporting of production activities to the shift leader or team leader
  • Maintenance of a clean, orderly, and well‑organized work environment as part of daily operations
