Being responsible for knowing where each step of the multiple jobs you are supporting are in their manufacturing process Reviewing and understanding work orders, job routing information, and process instructions about each job you are running Observing and operating machines including making necessary minor adjustments Report major machine problems Setup, run, and inspect assemblies including final packaging and ready-for-ship processes Conduct, as needed, secondary operations including assembly, packaging, trimming, cutting, and/or grinding Examine and test for quality and record such things as part counts and product dimensions What is expected of a Production Associate? A successful Production Associate will exhibit professionalism and commitment to their work including demonstrating accountability, punctuality, and teamwork in a detailed and organized fashion A positive and supportive attitude Understand the company mission and production processes Ability to secure knowledge and proper use of the tools and equipment necessary to complete the job promptly

Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for periods of up to 4 hours and occasionally lift to 25 pounds.
  • Strong detail orientation and good eyesight (aided or unaided) to see and work with very small components

Responsibilities
