What's attractive about the Production Associate position? 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday - Thursday) + 6:00 AM - 10:00AM (Friday, as needed) No Weekends What Success Looks Like: Follows all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines. Monitors product to ensure quality standards are being met and rejects product that does not meet quality standards. Keeps the work area in a neat and orderly condition in compliance with 5S standards. Accurately, thoroughly, and legibly completes production reports and other documentation. Promotes teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers. Assists in other work areas when the workload permits or requires. What You Bring: High school education or equivalent preferred. At least 6 months of production, assembly, or related work experience preferred. Manual finger dexterity skills. Ability to lift 25 pounds. Displays a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow. The started hourly rate falls within a range of $17.00 to $19.00, depending on experience, qualifications, and job responsibilities.
