Requirements

• Forklift experience (certification preferred, confidence required)
• Manufacturing or production experience (food is a plus, attitude is everything)
• Ability to lift, move, twist, and grind through a full shift
• Comfort working in a fast, noisy, no-nonsense environment
• Reliability—because 3rd shift is where legends are made

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification
• Food manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

• Operating production equipment to keep the sauce flowing
• Moving raw materials and finished goods like a pro (forklift experience is a must)
• Feeding lines, stacking pallets, and keeping production hot and heavy
• Working with a tight-knit night crew that knows how to hustle
• Following safety and quality standards—because great sauce demands discipline
