About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Associate to join our metal stamping manufacturing team. This role is responsible for producing and inspecting metal components through stamping, fabrication, assembly, welding, and finishing processes. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, quality-driven, and committed to teamwork and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to follow standardized work processes with a focus on continuous improvement
• Follow standard work procedures and keep commitments with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Understand and adhere to the company’s Quality Management System.
• Demonstrate strong safety awareness with a goal of zero reportable accidents.
• Maintain effective housekeeping practices, including 5S (goal of 85+ total points on audits).
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including the application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies when appropriate.
• Communicate effectively, resolve conflicts constructively, and foster a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce (stamp, fabricate, assemble, spot weld, finish, etc.) and inspect products using various machines and equipment you are qualified to operate.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet or exceed production and quality standards.
• Ensure all work meets company quality requirements and customer specifications.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.
