About The Position
About the Role: The Production Associate role at the Northlake location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: Inspecting product and notify quality issues to operator or supervisor Taping, labeling, adjusting, and palletizing cases Coffee Bean dumping Trash pick-up and dumping Packing product on various types of equipment Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 1st Shift, 8 hours shift structure, which operates from 6:00 am to 02:30pm Monday and Friday (Pay $18.38/hr - $19.43/hr). About You: You’ll fit right in if you have: Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus The ability to work overtime and weekends
