About The Position

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to join our 3rd shift team. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are comfortable performing physically demanding tasks in a climate-controlled facility.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to following all safety and quality standards
• High School Diploma or GED Required

Nice To Haves

• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred (but not required)

Responsibilities

• Work efficiently at a fast pace to meet production goals
• Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs (requires strong upper body strength)
• Rotate through three different positions on the production line
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all Food Safety Policies and Procedures (P.P.E.)
• Take direction from supervisors and collaborate effectively with team members
• Ensure product quality and consistency according to company standards
