About The Position

Responsible for post in production safety, TPM, 5s and complete assigned jobs.

Requirements

• Language spoken commonly in the workplace is English.
• Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.
• 1-2 years of previous manufacturing expereince prefered, but will train.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• The employee is regularly required to stand the duration for long periods of time.
• Turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 55lbs. repeatedly.
• Near Acuity-Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less. Use the factor when special and minute accuracy is demanded.
• Far Acuity - Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more. Use the factor when visual effeciency in terms of far acuity is required day & night/dark conditions.
• Must Pass a Tier ll Physical.
• Must Pass a Background Check.
• Familiar with technology, quality, equipment operating instructions and environmental operating instructions
• Familiar with product appearance quality requirements and test methods
• Familiar with product safety and regulation
• Familiar with production orders and tracking sheets
• Familiar with tin side detector/steel ruler and application of post other measuring instruments
• Familiar with loading and washing machine operation and maintenance
• Familiar with post safety precautions
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to the workshop manager, obeying his/her technician’s and shift supervisor’s arrangement and deployment
• Responsible for assigned job tasks, reporting any problems to the technician or supervisors
• Responsible for handling post abnormalities in production, promptly reporting the results
• Responsible for cleaning, management and safety of post, tooling, tools and equipment
• Understanding Post Environmental Factors, Hazards and Control Methods
• Conscientiously implementing integrated management system related documents
• Storing post wastes by categories
• Familiar with post material safety data sheets and emergency response measures
• Other duties as assigned
