Production Associate
About The Position
Hanline Foods, founded in 2026, is a dedicated manufacturer of premium refried beans, serving some of the most reputable foodservice, retail, food manufacturing, and wholesale distribution companies in the United States. We specialize in delivering authentic, ready-to-use refried bean products with consistent quality and flavor. Our mission is to provide reliable, scalable solutions to meet the growing demand for legume-based ingredients across the food industry. Hanline Foods is looking for a Production Associate to work at our Shelby, OH location. We pay weekly at $15 per hour plus time and a half for overtime!
Requirements
- Must be able to stand for minimum of 8 hours/day
- Must be able to work minimum of 40hrs/week
Responsibilities
- Package and process fresh produce according to USDA, FDA, BRC and Company regulations.
- Fast paced, team-oriented work environment.
- Factory/warehouse/cooler setting.
- Associates are expected to be here every day they are scheduled be on time and stay for their entire shift.
