Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required for internal hire (not required for temporary employees)
Basic reading skills. Must be able to follow directions
Basic computer navigation and utilization skills
Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
Pass basic math, reading and dexterity testing
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Pass a drug screen
Pass a background check
Regularly lift 35 pounds
Regularly perform repetitive tasks
Possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately
Must have good eye-hand coordination
Full-time - minimum 5 days a week, weekends possible
Average 8-10 hours each day
Shift start and end times subject to vary based on area of production. Typical start/end times: Blue Shift (DAYS) - 5:30 AM to 4:30 PM Green Shift (NIGHTS) - 6 PM to 5:30 AM
