About The Position

Spiceology is the fastest-growing private spice company in the US, and we were recently named to both the Inc 5000 and Entrepreneur 360 fastest growing company lists. We market and sell over 200 innovative blends and spices to both consumers and chefs, with rapidly growing market share in both the B2B and DTC segments. Chefs fall in love with Spiceology because our packaging helps them organize and beautify their kitchens, but they buy from us because our fresh spices are far superior to the tired old ingredients they’re used to buying “off the truck”. Thousands of restaurants that include standalone establishments, hotels, casinos, universities, golf courses and more, partner with Spiceology to help them deliver the highest quality foods to their patrons. Consumers love Spiceology’s creative blends, recipe inspirations and innovations in flavor. Come be a part of the Spiceology Production Team! Production is manufacturing of our raw materials into a finished-good product. This is a foundational, entry-level role focused on learning our filling, labeling, and packaging processes, Spiceology SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and the fundamentals of safe, high-quality production. Based on business needs season to season, employees may be cross-trained to assist in both Production and Fulfillment.
