Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or production experience
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working around fertilizers and industrial materials
• Must have reliable transportation (own vehicle required)
• Basic forklift experience required
• Dependable, flexible, and willing to assist in multiple production areas

Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials into mixers or blending equipment
• Operate, monitor, and clean production machinery
• Palletize and stage finished goods for shipment
• Operate a forklift or pallet jack as needed
• Follow all safety and PPE requirements (including respirator use)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
