Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Commitment to reliability-punctuality and attendance are essential
• Keen eye for detail and strong quality mindset
• Comfortable using basic measuring tools and performing simple math
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills and a positive attitude

• Prior experience in manufacturing or production is helpful

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machinery with care and consistency
• Adhere to detailed work instructions and strict quality standards
• Conduct visual and manual inspections to ensure product excellence
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Work closely with teammates to meet and exceed daily production goals
• Accurately record and report production data
