About The Position

We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our team in our fast-paced healthcare laundry facility. You'll handle hospital linens — feeding clean items into machines, folding, sorting, and preparing linens for delivery to our hospital partners. We are looking for someone who is confident in decision making, can act quickly, and has excellent communication skills. Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift.
• Work around industrial machinery, in varying temperatures and conditions (dust, humidity, noise, etc.).
• Good analytical skills to be able to determine the number of carts required for orders.
• Ability to work in a noisy fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ability to read, understand and perform all Standard Operating Procedures.
• Sort, fold, and pack clean linen.
• Inspect linen to ensure it meets quality standards
• Maintain established productivity and quality standards.
• Make recommendations to facility management for methods of improvement.
• Mentor and train fellow associates after mastery of tasks.
• Keep workstations neat and clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
