About The Position

Within the spirit of “Making People’s Dreams Come True”, this position is responsible for meeting quality standards and deadlines for products. Responsible for maintaining and monitoring food safety procedures. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.

Full Time, On Site Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one (1) to five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Problem solving skills and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for crop seeding, transplanting, harvesting, and packaging.
• Able to evaluate and sort superior quality vegetables.
• Follow safety guidelines and policies.
• Utilization of hardware tools, pruning shears, and other tools.
• Utilization of cleaning agents of all growing systems and growing tools.
• Meet deadlines for crop plans and crop schedules.
• Collect and dispose of trash and debris from work area.
• Utilize equipment/tools such as pallet jacks, hand truck, and/or ladder.
• Perform all other duties assigned
