Who we are looking for We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Production Associate to join our assembly team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex components and systems in accordance with precise specifications, drawings, and quality standards. You will play a key role in ensuring our builds meet strict quality and performance requirements, contributing to our reputation for excellence and reliability. If you enjoy working in a team-oriented environment where quality and adherence to standards are core principles to the work performed, this may be the perfect position for you. Primary work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Overtime may be scheduled on Fridays as needed to support production demands. Production Associates work as part of a team. Strong attendance and punctuality are essential for this role. Employees are eligible to participate in our competitive benefits package on the first of the month following their date of hire. Full-time employees receive company-paid vacation time, sick time, and holidays. Wages start at $19.00 per hour.
