About The Position

The position involves maintaining a safe working environment, performing various jobs in assembly, material handling, or wood finishing, and being available to assist in other areas as required. The individual will learn new skills, support team members, and contribute to achieving team goals. Understanding information on pick-lists and cabinet labels is essential, and the individual must be willing to be cross-trained and accept additional tasks to meet customer demands. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general equivalency degree (GED) is preferred.
• One to 3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team work environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, often changing environment.
• Ability to properly assess and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities
