About The Position

The Production Associate position at International Paper is a full-time role that involves running and maintaining large machines, following safety policies, and ensuring quality inspections of products. The job requires basic shop math skills and the ability to read factory orders. Associates will start on the 1st shift for training and must be available for 2nd and 3rd shifts as needed. Overtime and Saturday work may also be required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Run and maintain large machines in a safe manner
• Read factory orders
• Utilize basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment
• Perform consistent quality and count inspection of a product
• Practice great factory housekeeping
• Work overtime as needed
