The Production Associate position operates on a Monday to Thursday schedule, with no required work on Fridays or weekends. The first shift runs from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, providing a consistent work routine. The starting pay is $14.00 per hour, with an increase to $15.00 per hour upon successful completion of 90 days of employment, contingent on performance and attendance. This role is temp-to-hire, allowing you to transition into a permanent position based on your performance. A typical day as a Production Associate involves physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for the duration of your shift. You will be responsible for completing basic warehouse duties, which are essential for maintaining the efficiency of the production line. The role also offers the flexibility to work overtime if desired, although it is not mandatory. This position is perfect for those who appreciate a structured workweek while having the option to earn additional hours if they choose.
