About The Position
Brasstown Beef is seeking a full-time Production Associate to join our team in packaging beef products. This role is essential to our operations and requires individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position involves working in a cold environment, which is typical for meat processing facilities. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our beef products are packaged efficiently and meet our quality standards. This role is critical in maintaining the flow of production and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality products in a timely manner. The work week consists of 40 hours, with shifts running from 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, plus additional time for cleanup. This schedule allows for a consistent work-life balance while providing the opportunity to contribute to a growing company.
