About The Position
Elmet Technologies, located in Lewiston, Maine, is actively seeking Production Associates to join our team. We have multiple shifts available, including A2 (Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11pm) with a 10% shift differential and A3 (Sunday - Thursday, 11pm - 7am) with a 20% shift differential. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, contributing to the production of high-performance metals and metal products for various industries, including medical, aerospace, technology, and defense. Our facility is designed to foster a positive work environment, where structured roles allow individuals to learn and grow, even without prior experience. In this position, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating equipment, inspecting parts as required, and verifying that starting materials and supplies meet dimensional specifications.
