About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team in a metal manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of press operations and the ability to work in a hot work environment. The candidate will need to be flexible and willing to learn different machines and positions. Mi-Tech Tungsten Metals provides precision tungsten alloys and tungsten composites to various industries including aerospace, defense, medical, oil and gas, and machining. With over 40 years of expertise, we are the leader in high-quality tungsten alloy manufacturing, committed to providing quality products that meet customer requirements and exceed their expectations. Our facility in Indianapolis, Indiana, consolidates production, sales, maintenance, customer service, and quality control in one 85,000-square-foot location to maximize efficiency.
