Production Associate Team Leader - Bonduel, WI SUMMARY STATEMENT AgSource is seeking a qualified candidate for a Production Associate Team Leader in our Bonduel Lab location.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Must be mechanically inclined to perform minor maintenance on equipment.
Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
Sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving consistently during working hours.
Must possess effective communication skills
Willingness to develop and grow both personally and professionally.

Responsibilities

Provide sample line-up, check-in and preparation of soil for the drying process.
Insert QC samples into daily laboratory run according to current SOP's
Recognize and identify samples needing special testing and/or problems
Perform drying and grinding of samples
Oversee early shift employees during the busy season and provide direction and coordinate early shift employees’ daily schedules.
Maintain and update samples held in short- and long-term storage and process samples requiring decontamination
Maintain a clean, effective, and organized laboratory and perform maintenance duties on soil grinders, dust collection systems, and drying ovens.
