About The Position
The Production Associate is an essential part of the manufacturing process responsible for assembling, operating, and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality output. They will follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols to perform tasks such as material handling, machine operation, and product inspection. Working closely with team members and supervisors, you will contribute to meeting production goals, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Prior experience is preferred.
- Incumbents in this role must be able to operate RF devices, motorized or nonmotorized material-moving equipment, and run machines while standing for long periods of time.
- Basic math skills and knowledge of the metric and U.S. measurement system is required.
- Attention-to-detail and basic computer skills are necessary.
Nice To Haves
- A two-year technical degree in an applicable area of study is a plus.
