About The Position

Job Summary: Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance. We are looking for a talented Production Associate – Sub - Assembly to join our Distribution business in (Henderson, CO). This role will make an impact in the following ways: Operate manual and automated production equipment safely while meeting quality and productivity requirements Follow all standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures including SPC, poka-yoke, and visual standards Perform quality inspections and identify, control, and report non-conforming material Achieve production goals while working to required cycle times and engineering standards Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping, machine cleaning, and planned operator care tasks Adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, including stop-work authority, hazard reporting, and PPE requirements Communicate effectively with peers, skilled trades, and support teams to identify equipment issues and support repairs Remain flexible and perform additional duties as needed to meet production goals Participate in required training, personal development, and continuous improvement initiatives Cummins is an equal opportunity employer.
