About The Position
Georgia-Pacific is seeking motivated Production Associates to join our team in Sheboygan, WI. As a Production Associate, you will have the chance to work in various areas of the facility, including the Converting and Corrugator departments. Your primary responsibilities will include operating and troubleshooting equipment to support production efficiency, ensuring that our machine centers produce high-quality specialized packaging that meets customer needs. In addition to equipment operation, Production Associates play a vital role in maintaining a safe and clean plant environment. This includes performing general housekeeping duties across different areas of the production floor. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $22/hour, with an additional $3/hour for those working on 2nd or 3rd shifts. Shift placements are flexible, and candidates must be available to work all shifts, including 8-12 hour shifts and Saturdays as needed. The shifts are as follows: 1st shift from 6am-2pm, 2nd shift from 2pm-10pm, and 3rd shift from 10pm-6am.
