About The Position

Responsible for all product logistics. Work closely with the operations team to maintain and improve the production environment to respond to changing customer needs. Work at different workstations as production needs require Inventory handling and stocking into proper area Picking, organizing, and assembling orders for production Assist in quality control in production Process any incoming packages and log incoming packages into daily log Verify package contents for accuracy and report discrepancies according to the Overages, Shortages, Mis-shipment Policy Identify orders that require embroidery, heat press, or tailoring and place into the sew shop Process stock transfers, allocating for orders if necessary Assistance with loading and unloading trucks Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging and labeling outgoing shipments accordingly Assist and support teams when resources are limited (being adaptable to the changing needs Train associates when required Other duties may include (but not limited to) counting inventory, straightening the store floor, cleaning, and reorganizing store or warehouse Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • One (1) to three (3) years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High School diploma required
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience working within a Warehouse Management System
  • Problem solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a Production or Shipping/Receiving setting preferred
  • Associate degree preferred
