About The Position
The Production Associate position is part of the Professional Development Program at National Steel and Shipbuilding Company (NASSCO). This rotational program allows associates to gain comprehensive knowledge and experience across various departments including Production, Engineering, Planning, Supply Chain, and Safety. Upon successful completion of the program, associates will be assigned to a permanent position within the organization. The role emphasizes the development of managerial and leadership skills while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
