Production Associate - Molding & Spinning - 2nd Shift

In this position, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machines, including Injection Molding, Compression Molding, and Metal Forming equipment, to process and finish production parts. This role is perfect for you if you are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and looking to contribute to a growing company known for its innovation and quality!
Requirements
- High School Diploma or the equivalent preferred
- Previous experience with manufacturing equipment or machines preferred
- Ability to work independently or on a conveyor line with others
- Must have good attendance habits.
- Possess effective communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Operate various machines in injection molding, compression molding and spinning to produce plastic or metal products.
- Trim/de-flash parts using knives, clippers or cutters.
- Ensure machine produces quality parts.
- Ensure the accuracy of the parts produced is documented correctly and all scrap is properly accounted for.
- Stack finished parts on skids and tags skids.
- Periodically uses hand lift to move materials.
- Ensure work area and machines are kept clean and orderly.
- Complete daily production card.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
