About The Position

Arrow Electronics is currently seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Production Associate Manager to join our team on the 6:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday shift. Shift: Monday-Thursday, day shift, 6:00AM - 4:30PM. May occasionally be required to work later in the evenings and to support business requirements. What You’ll Be Doing: Responsible for the day-to-day functions of Logistics or Value Add department(s), ensuring goals are met or exceeded. Supervise day to day operation of a single department (receiving, storing, picking, shipping, special handling) within the distribution/value add center consisting of non-exempt tactical personnel. With specific direction from management and HR, participates in staffing, terminations, disciplinary counseling, performance management and development in conjunction with facility management. Typically will need to elevate complex issues. Report and track department metrics, responding to internal customer inquiries. May need to elevate or work in conjunction with facility management to resolve complex issues. Other duties as assigned. What We Are Looking For: Typically requires a 4-year degree and 2–4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience. Manufacturing or production experience ERP experience, Oracle is a plus Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of business or technical support or production team. Requirements

  • Typically requires a 4-year degree and 2–4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • Manufacturing or production experience
  • ERP experience
  • Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of business or technical support or production team.
  • Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion
  • Receives guidance and oversight from manager.
