About The Position

We are looking for a talented Production Associate – Level III to join our team specializing in Manufacturing at our facility in Mineral Point, WI, US. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: You’ll be a safety leader on the floor by stopping work when needed, reporting hazards early, and modeling strong HSE habits that protect people, equipment, and the environment. You’ll deliver consistent, high-quality output by following standard work, using SPC and poka-yoke tools, and catching non-conforming material before it becomes a bigger issue. You’ll keep production moving by independently operating equipment at required cycle times and meeting daily output and customer expectations. You’ll reduce waste and cost by identifying quality risks, raising improvement ideas, and minimizing rework, scrap, and environmental impact. You’ll elevate the team’s capability by instructing, coaching, and serving as a go-to resource for less experienced teammates. You’ll strengthen equipment reliability through routine housekeeping, operator care, and proactive communication with skilled trades and support teams. You’ll improve processes beyond your station by collaborating on safety, quality, material flow, and efficiency improvements.
