Achieve Production Goals: Operating manual and automated equipment efficiently to meet production goals and customer expectations. Support Teamwork: Communicating effectively with your team and support teams to improve quality, safety, processes, and material flow. Environmental Responsibility: Recognizing and minimizing the negative impact of your work on the environment. Continuous Improvement: Engaging in training and personal development to stay aligned with business requirements and improve your skills. Housekeeping and Maintenance: Keeping your work area clean and orderly, performing routine housekeeping tasks, and identifying equipment needing repair.
