About The Position

Summary/Objective: A level 1 production associate position is the entry level position. The objective of this position is to develop a solid understanding of the basic requirements of the production process and demonstrate these requirements at an acceptable level of performance. Development of a strong skills base is required to move to the next production associate level. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Learn and demonstrate proficiency in all functions of 1 zone on the production line.
• Learn and demonstrate proficiency in completion of all production documentation.
• Demonstrate a positive work ethic and attitude. To include the ability to work as a team.
• Compliance with company attendance policy.
• Demonstrate the ability to create and maintain a safe working environment.
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain required performance metrics.
• Demonstrate proficiency in 6S process and procedure.
