About The Position

This associate conducts quality production in print, finishing, and inserting of Compassion materials. They will assemble trip books, sponsorship packets, brochures, mailings, and letters with accuracy and timeliness in support of Compassion's marketing and communication efforts. The associate further utilizes various machines, tools, and computer applications during production that require a high attention to detail. He or she may coach the work of other associates.

• Relevant experience, training and/or certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.
• Acts as an advocate to raise the awareness of the needs of children and commits to child protection considerations in all decision-making.
• Uphold and engage in Compassion's core Cultural Behaviors.
• Operates a variety of production duties with little direction needed in print, finishing, and inserting.
• Performs manual fulfillment to ensure effective, accurate, and timely processing of components and finished products.
• Follows daily production assignments including setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and restocking supplies once received.
• Supports a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality forms as assigned.
• Participates in team discussions on work processes and issues.
