Role: Production Associate II Wage: $22.72 + $1.00 shift differential Location: Pardeeville, WI Shift: 2nd shift: 2:45pm-11:15pm M-F While reporting to the Production shift supervisor, you will be responsible for efficiently packing parts from a press or in the warehouse into cartons, bundles, or bags per customer specifications. All employees are required to follow all applicable safety procedures while doing so. (Including proper use of required PPE) Excellent and dependable attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success. What you will be doing- Job duties: Perform all necessary checks and inspections per customer specifications, orders, and company procedures. Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area. Performing all duties as designated by your supervisor/manager. Performing all duties in support of Sonoco's quality and safety policies. Assisting other departments when needed. After thorough training, you will be expected to have a good understanding of working knowledge for our parts, products, and their quality requirements. You will be required to be able to perform all the physical requirements including but not limited to, lifting up to 45 lbs, bending, turning, twisting, squatting, stooping, and reaching repetitively in both cold and hot temperatures (at times) based on season. Being able to work at a continuous paced activity level while performing your job tasks.
