As a new Production Associate II at R&R Solutions, you will engage in daily tasks that are integral to the success of our warehouse operations. Each day will involve working collaboratively with your team to ensure the smooth flow of production processes. You can expect to perform various duties, including organizing shipments, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring that all production standards are met with an eye for excellence. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will be responsible for quality control measures to uphold our customer-centric values. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., providing you with a consistent routine that allows you to develop your skills and grow within the organization. Be prepared for a fast-paced environment that prioritizes safety and teamwork, as you contribute to the overall production efficiency of R&R Solutions.
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a production worker preferred
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems preferred
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods preferred
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Able to work in a noisy environment with fluctuations in temperature
- Must be able to work standing and/or stooping for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
