Requirements

• GED or High School diploma preferred, but not required.
• General knowledge of mechanical function.
• Dependable; maintains regular and punctual attendance.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to comprehend technical details and be able to interface with both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Ability to read small print and to see at normal distances; write clearly and legibly; and hear within normal ranges in person and on telephone.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery following all stated parameters and instructions for each customer order.
• Inspect and ensure our parts and products meet the quality standards required by the customer and Nordson Medical.
• Maintain safe, clean, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
• Join our safety mission of JOURNEY TO ZERO to help keep each and every employee safe everyday.
• Actively listen and communicate both verbally and written for status of production runs and all other work responsibilities.
