Join our team and be a part of creating stunning tiles that enhance spaces and inspire creativity. We are seeking a skilled Production Associate II to support our factory production operations. This hands‑on role rotates across multiple production workstations, safely operates forklifts and other material‑handling equipment, and maintains accurate production documentation to support workflow efficiency and daily output goals. The role also cross‑trains in kiln operations, roller hearth processes, and other production activities to provide flexibility, coverage, and support for overall departmental objectives. Requirements

  • Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
  • Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Forklift experience with willingness to get forklift certified (additional training provided).
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation. Regularly lifting of 20-30 pounds, occasionally 50+ pounds. Comfortable performing physical work and standing for extended periods.
  • Safety Compliance: Ability to implement and follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly within a manufacturing production environment and work effectively with team members across shifts and functions.
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance.
  • Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse work.
  • Ability to work occasional overtime, including Saturdays, as needed, to support production demands.
  • Prior experience with quality control or visual inspection.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Previous forklift experience or forklift certification.
  • Experience using basic computer systems or production/shipping/logistics software.

Responsibilities

  • Pack and inspect finished tile to make sure it meets quality standards.
  • Build pallets and get shipments ready to go out safely and on time.
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment (we’ll train you).
  • Drive a company box truck for daily runs to the warehouse.
  • Help out in other areas of production as needed, including kiln operations.
  • Practice and follow all required safety regulations as outlined in the Ann Sacks Safety Orientation Handbook.
  • Maintain work areas and keep equipment, tools, and workspaces in clean, safe working condition.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor to support meeting factory production goals.
